I am Lilian Chudey Pride, a life coach dedicated to helping women like you break free from the emotional chains that hold you back. Through compassionate coaching and proven strategies, I guide women toward healing, empowerment, and lasting confidence.

I help her:

• Reclaim her self-worth,
• Let go of shame and self-judgment,
• Stand tall in her story and your power,
• Create a life you are proud of, without fear.

Equally, I help involuntary childless women struggling with shame, stigmatization, guilt and exclusion to embrace their true selves, make positive and profitable impact, and overcome the effects of limiting societal and customary norms; I take delight in showing them how to Evolve and Thrive while building a sustainable old-age-life without children.

*I guide them through documenting their stories and writing them into books as an enduring legacy for posterity while embracing God’s purpose for their lives. I show them how to Focus, Grieve well, Heal well and Lead well.

*I help African young adults through the journey of self-awareness and self-worth, delivering value-based programmes on emotional and practical readiness, relationships and preparation for marriage, and guiding them through making life choices by looking at them from a broader picture.

With the unfailing Word of God from the Bible, I encourage families to stay prayerful, joyful and rooted in Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour.

My approach is simple but powerful:
