Believe me when I say your experience is your gold mine. In the journey of life, one of the most valuable assets you have is your experience, your exposure to all the things around you.
We often overlook or undervalue our experiences which is unique to us because no two persons have same experience, each is unique.
Your experience(s) form a wealth of knowledge that can be your greatest resource-your gold mine.
Understanding the Value of Experience
I have always seen my experiences as my Gold Mine because I recognize them, I have harnessed some of them on many occasions for personal and professional growth and they yielded abundant success. So I decided to teach people how to turn their experiences into recurring success stories.
Your experience encompasses all the lessons learned, challenges faced and successes achieved throughout your life’s journey. each encounter, whether positive or negative, contributes to your understanding of the world and these shape your perspective.

We begin building experience from Kindergarten, and moving forward, every job, project or life event helps you develop new skills. Whether it is communication, problem solving or technical skills, these competencies are built over time and can set you apart in the job market. No one can say he or she has no experience in anything. Some of my experiences which ordinarily would have been considered PAINFUL, have paved awesome ways of excellence for me.
Adaptability and Acceptance
Life is unpredictable, so, your ability to handle challenges, adapt to environments and accept the seasons of life, sets you apart. The experiences which become our gold mine must not those sweet ones. Painful experiences, when looked at from the lens of love can produce fruits that will not only feed you but can become a catalyst for change in your community and the world.

Your experiences often lead you to meet different people, creating a network of contacts. These relationships can open doors to new opportunities, collaborations and insights that can further enhance your career.

Your experience is indeed Your Gold Mine
Stepping forward to take up the title ” The Childless Woman’s Coach” in Africa comes with a lot of challenges like, stigma, shame and exclusion. Social pressure on the involuntary childless in Africa to have children to carry on the family line or for societal reasons are enormous. A lot of pressure from family, friends and society to conform to these expectations can lead to feelings of shame or inadequacy. With a lot of judgements, criticisms, stereotypes and misconceptions, making it hard for the involuntary childless woman to speak up about her journey, thereby making the effort to organize a community of childless individuals very difficult. Not many wants to join the community for fear of not being stigmatized.
Accepting my who I am and embracing my journey as an involuntary childless woman has opened up many avenues and has given me the opportunity to create awareness about the unfavorable societal norms and injustices meted out on the involuntary childless woman in many communities.
Find a Good Time to Speak Up
Internalizing mistreatments and societal attitudes may impose a life threatening ailments on you. By speaking up, you will feel liberated and have the power to ditch shame and misconceptions, you will be empowered to advocate for women who are afraid, thereby motivating them also to rise up against stereotypes associated with childlessness.
